Business System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for 3x BSAs for a large banking client in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will join a team of BSAs working on a migration project from an in house treasury application. Finance / treasury past experience required. Responsibilities include defining requirements with the business, documenting requirements, and writing complex SQL queries for large data tables / data stores.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years experience working as a Business Systems analyst within treasury / finance business units - Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for large data sets
• Strong experience gathering and writing business requirements and documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Large platform migration experience
• Advanced Excel experience
• Strong SQL experience
• General BA skills (documentation, etc.)
