Your Role
As an IT Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s technology evolution and digital strategy. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will be responsible for the vision, management, and innovation of the company’s IT landscape. You will lead a specialized team and ensure the implementation of high-performance technological solutions that align with both current and future organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead major IT infrastructure modernization projects, including cybersecurity, network optimization, and system integration.
- Supervise and mobilize a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure efficient IT resource management, including infrastructure, critical applications, ERP systems, and collaboration tools.
- Develop and optimize IT governance policies and processes to ensure rigorous management of digital assets and risks.
- Act as a key leader in the company's digital transformation, identifying and integrating innovative technological solutions.
- Strategically manage the IT budget, ensuring maximized technology investments and optimized operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives align with business priorities.
Profile
Significant IT management experience, with a minimum of 10 years, including several years in a strategic leadership role.University degree in computer science, IT management, or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, networking, and digital transformation.Strong ability to lead an IT team, develop talent, and foster a culture of performance and innovation.A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to align IT with strategic priorities.Experience in a multi-site environment and in a technical or industrial sector is an asset.Excellent command of French, both written and spokenBenefits
