Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound communications to customers (via call, SMS, and emails), responding to inquiries and providing information on vehicles and sales event detailsUtilize strong customer service skills to build rapport with customers, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerLiase with BDC Manager, Sales Event Trainer, and occasionally Sales Teams with appointment scheduling detailsAccurately document customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in our CRM platformStay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide accurate information to customersMotivated to meet and exceed appointment booking targets for sales eventsQualifications :
Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalentAutomotive call-centre experience will be considered an asset.Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and informationAbility to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customersAutomotive Appointment Coordinator, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor experience will be considered an asset.Able to cooperate with all staff members in all departmentsAbility to work in a team environment to achieve common goalsAbility to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completionStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsOrganizational ability and attention to detailSecondary School DiplomaShift Times :
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Occasional Saturday shift between 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (a day off during the week will be provided when Saturday is scheduled)Why work for the Dilawri Group of Companies Sales BDC?
