CHARTER FLIGHT AGENT

YOUR ROLE

As a Charter Flight Agent, you will manage the entire charter flight operation, from the request’s reception to completion of the flight. In collaboration with the dispatch and operations departments, you will organize the flight, ensuring that the aircraft, crew and all other required resources and equipment are available, in accordance with regulations. You will ensure excellent logistics and resolve problems, or make modifications where necessary, to guarantee a smooth and efficient flight.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?

• College Diploma in transport logistics, in the aviation field, or any other combination of training and / or experience deemed relevant. The absence of a diploma could be compensated by greater experience.
• Have experience in transport and logistics coordination, preferably in the aviation sector.
• Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
• Possess essential interpersonal skills : curiosity, open-mindedness and effective communication.
• Take initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Be autonomous and able to manage several requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual (French and English).
