Position : Accounting Technician and Administration

Schedule : Daytime, Monday to Friday, full-time, 37.5 flexible hours per week

Responsibilities :
- Maintain financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare GST and QST reports
- Create employee files
- Analyze sales reports
- Process payroll for employees (fewer than 15 people)
- Handle expense accounts for representatives
- Manage enrollment or changes to group insurance
Requirements :
- Accounting education
- Over 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and full accounting cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Acomba is an asset
- Functional bilingualism for communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec
