Responsibilities :
- Oversee accounting, finance, and payroll activities, including staff management
- Prepare and present financial statements to senior partners
- Develop and enforce internal policies and controls
- Recommend improvements to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate on performance indicators and support project budgets
- Assist HR with employee leave and insurance management
- Contribute to strategic planning and manage key professional relationships
- Supervise financial system updates and manage risks
- Participate in internal meetings and advise on firm strategy
