Job description

Cella is working with dynamic and innovative advertising agencies who craft compelling campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results for their clients. We're seeking talented Copywriters with agency experience to join our talent roster.

About the Role :

As a Copywriter, you will develop creative, impactful ad copy across multiple channels, including digital ads and social media. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to create campaigns that capture attention and inspire action.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging ad copy for various platforms, including digital ads and social media.
  • Develop compelling messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative advertising concepts.
  • Optimize copy for different audiences and platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Revise and refine copy based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of writing high-converting ad copy for various platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns across digital, print, and / or broadcast media.
  • Excellent command of language, grammar, and storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, A / B testing, and performance-driven writing is a plus.
