Coordinate with Service Manager and Materials Department for non-standard work.Initiates required action for all service and warranty requests, including the maintenance of order / customer information files, issuing Purchase Orders, issuing Work Orders, arranging transportation of materials, and then communicates requirements to the appropriate departments.Maintains liaison with other departments through to order completionMaintain Corrective Action Request database and ensure that all service and warranty activities are recordedProvides quality service to both internal and external customers.Other duties as assigned WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR5 years relevant experience in the industry including supervisory experienceAbility to work in a deadline driven environmentResult orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process ManagementAbility to maintain speed and accuracy against established targetsComputer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applicationsDemonstrated leadership and communication skills a mustProficiency in written and spoken EnglishMust be flexible
