Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client in York Region , ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Position Description :
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries while maintaining a respectful and customer centric approach
- Professionally respond to customer requests by phone and / or via the customer portal
- Provide information while resolving any issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform and support in office administrative assignments
- Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems
- Able to work in a face paced, high-volumed environment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support other departments based on the fluctuation of the business needs
Skills & Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Prior inbound customer service experience (an asset but not required)
- Customer orientated with a passion for customer service
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work Independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
