Job Description
Fairmont Gold highest level of personalized luxury service within the Fairmont Royal York and the finest hotel experience in Toronto.
The Fairmont Gold Pantry attendant is empowered to provide seamless anticipatory service in our Fairmont Gold Lounge, an urban oasis high atop Toronto’s most Iconic property.
- Uphold Fairmont Gold Lounge standards by providing seamless and personalized service to every guest.
- Utilize guest names to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
- Offer detailed knowledge of lounge amenities, menu options, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while catering to the needs of high-profile guests.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the Fairmont brand's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Assist with the replenishment of food and beverage offerings in the Fairmont Gold and Deloitte Lounges throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness of all food & beverage preparation areas within the Fairmont Gold & Deloitte Lounges.
Qualifications
- This position requires the successful candidate to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of shifts including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays.
- Valid Smart Serve certification required.
- Previous luxury level service knowledge and training an asset.
- College diploma or University degree from a Hospitality related program an asset.
