Case Manager Job Summary
The case manager will be responsible for assigning, monitoring, and organizing case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure. They will work directly with clients to assess their needs, situation and goals. Our ideal candidates are compassionate, have excellent communication skills and a strong background in case management. The case manager must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and eager to help.
Responsibilities :
Assess and manage insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate processing
Evaluate insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
Analyze claim information and supporting documents to determine claim validity
Negotiate with insurance providers and healthcare providers to resolve claim disputes
Communicate with clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution
