PATH is committed to building a team of skilled, passionate individuals and makes it a mission to provide opportunities for growth for team members within the company.Your New RoleAs Director of Finance, reporting to the VP, Accounting & Finance and supporting the VP, Development and CEO you will be a key player in shaping the financial success of PATH’s development projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring debt and equity structures align with performance goals, while also leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team (two direct reports). Working closely with development and acquisition teams, you’ll provide financial oversight and strategic guidance to support the company’s expanding portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, build strong financial partnerships, and contribute to high-impact projects across Western Canada and Washington State.The Director, Finance will play a key role in development projects, ensuring that debt and equity are structured appropriately to support performance targets and overall financial goals. You will take the lead in managing the execution of finance team tasks, overseeing two direct reports while driving key initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include conducting project analysis, such as acquisition and development proformas, and developing complex financial models to support decision-making. In addition, you will arrange project debt for both for-sale and rental developments, ensuring optimal financing structures. You will also be responsible for preparing and coordinating materials for capital raises, including presentations, investment memorandums, and other essential documents. Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and equity investors will be critical, as will assisting or leading in the preparation of reports for investors and senior management.Beyond financial oversight, you will actively engage with the greater real estate community, building valuable industry connections.
