What will you do in this job?
The Photo Associate role will provide exceptional service to our guests in the form of in-depth of high energy customer engagement.
Responsibilities include :
Capture quality photos of our customers enjoying their experience, and sell the photo productUp-selling to additional / supplemental photo productsUphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and displayEnsuring service is friendly, courteous and professionalTaking a genuine interest in the guest and identifying needsOperating the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiencyResponsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out formsAccountable reporting any cash or transaction discrepanciesDiligently following Health & Safety standard operation procedures dailyAssisting gift shop staff on sales floor when necessaryKeeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organizedCommunicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashionMonitoring store security, facilitating efficient inventory management and movementUpholding the high standard of environmental stewardship that is expected of all employeesWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?
