Our client, located in Ville Saint-Laurent, whose expertise is security, is currently looking for a sales coordinator within their company. If you are passionate about the security industry, have strong coordination skills within a sales department and want to contribute to continued growth, we would like to meet you.

Position summary :

The role of Sales and Project Support is to provide administrative and organizational support to the sales and project management teams in order to facilitate the sales process and ensure effective management of activities related to customers, logistics and sales.

100% face-to-face, possibility to work from home a few days a week eventually

Location : Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec

Salary 40 k per year

Social benefits + retirement plan

Schedule of 30 hrs / week from Monday to Thursday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

and Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities

What will your day look like :

Assist representatives in the daily management of their tasks (making appointments, preparing documents, monitoring sales actions).

Update information relating to customers, prospects and opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Support for the project management team

Ensure that customer orders are correctly entered and tracked until delivery.

Coordinate inventory management and delivery planning in collaboration with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

Track product returns and exchanges seamlessly.

Maintain rigorous classification of digital customer files, contracts and sales-related documents.

Compile data for billing purposes

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

College diploma (asset)

Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support or a similar role is an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Mastery of IT tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.

Sense of priorities, analytical skills, autonomy, teamwork

Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage.
