We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist / Admin Assistant to join our team for a 5-week contract position in Bowmanville, Ontario. Competitive hourly pay between $23 and $26 per hour

A friendly, fast-paced work environment

In-office position with a regular Monday to Friday schedule (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Responsibilities

Accurately input and maintain data in various systems

Utilize Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting

Communicate effectively with team members and departments

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, filing, and organizing documents

Ensure that all data entered is precise and up-to-date

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Excellent Excel skills - all candidates applying need to have had experience with data entry through Excel (advanced skills required)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred

Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
