Sales Coordinator, Medical Aesthetics
Remote role working from home office
Our client is a leader in the medical aesthetics market delivering the latest technology solutions that provide real aesthetic and therapeutic benefits.
They have developed innovative treatment technologies that provide proven and effective aesthetic care to consumers and physicians.
They are busy and growing and this is a newly created (remote home office based) role for a Sales Coordinator to support the National Sales Director (NSD) by tracking sales data;
assisting with promotional materials inventory; attending meetings and trade shows and collaborating with the sales team across Canada by organizing and implementing sales activities to drive the volume of sales lead generation for their portfolio of consumables and capital equipment.
You will support the company’s goals and objectives, policies and procedures, good clinical practices and manufacturing practices, and adhere to all Health Canada regulations.
Assist NSD to develop, update and manage deployment of sales, marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives;
planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
Plan sales meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments;
coordinating mailing lists.
- Maintain communication with NSD on all matters related to warranties and accurate forecasting.
- Organize and implement a minimum of 3 customer in-office sales events per quarter.
- Support Canadian sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer service requests, and maintaining filing systems and databases.
- Develop effective and persuasive communications and presentations to physician’s management and / or large groups.
- Complete special projects for sales and marketing and implement change where necessary.
- Manage vendors, process purchase orders and invoices, track related spending.
- Anticipate and recommend reprint for critical collateral based on historical usage.
- Assist with customer warranty, repair and loaner processes.
- Assist in managing HCP contract process for marketing events and product training.
- Travel throughout the territory to attend tradeshows, corporate and training meetings.
This is a busy and exciting position, and candidates must possess post-secondary education with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar fast paced sales / marketing coordinator or project management role.
Other skills required include strong verbal and written communication, resourceful, flexible, proactive, and well organized with a strong work ethic that represents the organization’s high integrity ethics of honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Compensation includes a salary plus annual bonus plan, company health benefits, and RRSP.
