A well established and successful manufacturer is seeking a new Production Manager. This is a high-profile, key role in the strategic growth and success of the plant.With a focus on Safety and Quality, the Production Manager will own the entire production process; strategize with other departments and the Plant Manager to ensure operational excellence; coach and develop the Production leadership team; have responsibility for the production budget, and with a continuous improvement mindset, will seek ways to make improvements.This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work with a progressive organization and alongside industry professionals, make an impact and progress your career!
