Job Title : 2D Animator – Motion Graphics Artist
Hours : Flexible, within US / Canadian business hours. Typical hours range from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with 1-2 day turnarounds on independent project work.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented and motivated 2D Animator – Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. This position will involve working on a variety of creative projects, including opening logo animations, title sequences, animated infographics, and data / graph animations. You'll be working across different industries and ensuring that our videos are engaging, professional, and tailored to diverse audiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who is technically skilled, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a nimble thinker who is comfortable working independently but also enjoys collaborating with a supportive team.

Creating graphics packages for videos, including opening titles, lower thirds, call-outs, and other key elements.Animating graphs and infographics for clients in the science and pharmaceutical industries.Creating animated or text-only explainer videos to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.Updating and reworking existing titles and graphics that clients provide to refresh content for new projects.Creating dynamic text and titles for social media content, ensuring they are attention-grabbing and on-brand.Responsibilities :
Create motion graphics, infographics, and typography animations, ensuring that they align with the creative direction and audience needs.Animate opening logos, name titles, and graphics to enhance visual storytelling in corporate, pharmaceutical, and art-focused videos.Edit and adapt pre-existing projects for different audiences, languages, and platforms.Work with a variety of software, including After Effects (preferred but open to alternatives), Adobe Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve (nice to have).Organize and manage files efficiently, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future revisions or collaborations.Maintain a high level of quality control while adhering to tight project deadlines (1-2 day turnarounds).Collaborate closely with our creative team, receiving and implementing feedback to improve the final product.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.Requirements :
Strong proficiency in 2D animation and motion graphics.Experience in typography and motion design, particularly in creating animations for logos, titles, and infographics.Familiarity with After Effects (preferred) and Adobe Premiere. Experience in DaVinci Resolve is nice to have but not a requirement for the role.A computer / laptop and internet that will support saving and transferring large files.Technical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Ability to work independently and make critical decisions while also collaborating effectively with a team.Strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain clean and accessible project files for easy revisions.A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.What We Offer :
