Who We're Looking For :
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead improvements in affiliate and client management, focusing on strategic initiatives that drive revenue for both clients and Fintel Connect.
You'll be the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, delivering results, and adapting strategies as needed.
You will also train and mentor team members, using your expertise in our technology and processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled at finding new opportunities while effectively managing tasks to achieve strong results.

What You'll Get To Do :
- Develop and execute program strategies for managed and network clients.
- Monitor and drive revenue goals to meet targets for both clients and Fintel Connect.
- Identify and present creative revenue opportunities to key affiliates.
- Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with affiliates to boost revenue.
- Support junior team members with affiliate recruitment, activation, and process improvements.
- Set goals for affiliate programs, including revenue and transaction targets.
- Conduct monthly ROI analysis on affiliate programs and commissions to identify efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Lead client proposals and implement new strategies for client growth.
- Ensure expertise in tracking systems, testing, and monitoring client systems.
- Understand client needs and objectives, making adjustments to align with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and respond to client queries with insights and solutions.
- Manage campaign assets and verify data accuracy for commission calculations.
- Train and manage team members to promote growth and knowledge sharing.
- Lead inductions and career progression for Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Implement process efficiencies in collaboration with the Client Services Director.
- Continuously evolve and introduce new processes for improved team performance.
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public relations or related fields
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a results and goal-oriented organization
- Adaptable team player that is career-oriented
- Effective written and spoken communication in English (knowledge of French is considered an asset)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
- High attention-to-detail and strong writing and data analysis skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing an asset
