In this exciting role, you'll help elevate leadership effectiveness among our associates. With 80% of your time dedicated to one-on-one coaching sessions and 20% to group coaching sessions and program development and enhancement.Leadership Coach :
- Deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions that inspire and empower associates to reach their goals.
- Engage in impactful conversations, using your active listening skills and powerful questioning techniques to help associates uncover their own solutions.
- Take the reins on coaching projects : lead scoping calls, prepare engaging documentation, manage schedules, and coordinate seamlessly with associates.Change Management Support :
- Assist leaders in navigating organizational changes and transitions, providing coaching and support to ensure smooth adaptations.Resource Development :
- Develop and curate coaching resources, tools, and materials that support ongoing leadership development initiatives.Group Coaching (20%) :
- Lead or co-facilitate online and onsite training sessions that energize and inspire, using creative techniques that resonate with adult learning principles.Who You Are
- ICF certification at a minimum
- Bilingual French / English an asset
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one leadership coaching within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience working with entry-level associates to executive level.
- 3+ years in Human Resources or Learning & Development (L&D) a nice to have—we value your background
- An ability to assess associates needs and whip up tailored solutions that make a difference.
- A collaborative spirit with top-notch listening, critical thinking, and writing skills.
- Stellar organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities—juggling is your forte!
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving with a broader business perspective.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and ever-changing work environment.
