An internal sales representative is responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone or through email.
They are also tasked with maintaining and building relationships with existing customers, providing product information and pricing, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues.
Additionally, internal sales representatives may be required to collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, track sales metrics, and report on sales performance.
Overall, their main goal is to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in execution through providing outstanding customers service
- Drive engagement with retailers by educating products, capturing orders & upselling and reaching company objectives
- Providing solutions to retailers by ensuring optimal inventory levels, proper distribution by market area, OOS management
- Help in gaining market share by winning through disruption
Providing clear communication to internal stakeholders (customer service, Team leads, BAMs, TMs & KA) & external stakeholders (Retailers)
- Engaging in personal development plan in order to participate in Virtual Force Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Share best practices,
- Providing support to their colleagues on daily basis
- Building a strong relationship with retailers by having a win / win approach
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales or account management is ideal
- Strong computer skills (MS Office- Excel skills)
- Persistence and agility for your end goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for nurturing strong client relationships
- The ability to prioritize, and be highly organized
- A strong desire to work in a fast pace environment with limited supervision
- Bilingual (French and English) English only will be considered for the Central or Western Region
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours, some flexibility may be needed)
