Draftsman – Greater Vancouver Area

Are you a skilled Draftsman looking for an opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment? We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented professional with experience in creating technical drawings for manufacturing and construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Creating detailed technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate designs .
  • Modifying and revising drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Ensuring designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and specifications .
  • Conducting measurements and site visits when necessary to gather precise data.
  • Maintaining organized documentation and drawing revisions for future reference.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in drafting for manufacturing, construction, or related industries .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate drawings.
  • Knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and materials .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications .
