1 to 1 caregiver / CNA / MA / HCA in Ontario, CA

Services needed for male client :    companionship, safety / supervision, monitoring mobility / fall prevention,  assistance with activities of daily living, light cooking / cleaning, laundry, transportation to errands (must have a valid driver's license).

Shifts available :

Nights : Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays 8pm to 8am (3-4 days aweek)

Pay rate : $19-20.00

Personality needed :   Need  caregiver who takes initiative to complete tasks without being told, proactive,  social, positive energy to   uplift client emotional needs, organized, structured, and professional at all  times
