Transactional Analyst (SAP)
We areseeking a Transactional Analyst to join a global team for our client in themining and metals industry. This position is an opportunity to work for aglobal procurement team and work closely with operations, processes, andregional stakeholders.
This person will help developing the reporting tools andprepare comprehensive analysis, based in our different data sources, to supportbringing to execution the global procurement and category strategy.

Responsibilities :
Supportingthe transactional specialist with mainly data-driven requests (reports) andupdating price agreements (ticket creation).
Other : spend data, marketresearch, supplier information, contract requirements.
- Troubleshootingsuppliers and internal stakeholders concerns with MRO transactions withing thesystem.
- Supportdeveloping, coordinating & consolidating info to provide actionable reports& establish reporting protocols, systems, and processes for the entireteam. Examples :
- Reconciliationof project pipelines on regular basis or as directed;
- KPIs usedto measure performance on specific improvement projects;
- Improveprocess to update price agreements
- Workingwith team to address process improvements (internal & external) andintegrate the MRO and Procurement strategy implementation to our processes.
What you will need to succeed :
- Bachelor’sdegree in related field preferred
- 1-3 yearsor more experience in report preparation based on ability to analyze complexdata, provide meaningful interpretation & compelling argument to change
- Proficiencywith MS Office Suite
- SAP provenexperience and / or knowledge (procurement / data master modules) is a big plus
- Proficientdata modelling and data standardization approach, analytical and quantitativeskills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
- MicrosoftPower Apps knowledge is preferred (Power BI, Power Automation, Model Drivenapps, etc.)
- Highlyorganized, systematic, very detail-oriented
