Looking For :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years of full-stack development experience (React experience a plus).

Highly skilled and able to execute complex tasks quickly.

Experience building and owning production-grade products (not pet projects or client work).

Product- and customer-focused mindset.

Experienced with code quality and maintenance in production systems.

Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Points :

Ex-founder or experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier).

Eye for visual design or experience with product design tools (e.g., Figma).
