Job description

ROLE STATEMENT :

The Fracturing Operator will be a member of the Fracturing Department responsible for preparing the well site for operation, mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of the fracturing job. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Operate and drive fracturing equipment
  • Complete regular inventory and maintenance checks on fracturing equipment
  • Complete rig in and rig out duties
  • Follow all health, safety, and environment policies & procedures
  • Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team

SCHEDULE : Local : Fifteen (15) days on, six (6) days off COMPENSATION :

  • Guaranteed base compensation plus competitive job revenue bonus
  • Vacation pay and benefit top-up
  • Paid training
  • Meal allowance up to $50 / day while out of district
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Previous industry experience required
  • Valid Class 1 Drivers License required
  • Satisfactory Drivers Abstract required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
