The Manager is in charge of sales development for School Bus and Commercial Bus for a product Line built in Canada this in target Territories via dealer network. The function includes the organization and planning of sales activities in order to accomplish set goals and manage a strategic sales plan; office responsibilities such as selected bid analysis and quote processes are included.

DESCRIPTION AND TASKS :
Focus on strategic plan and making sure USA dealers organize sales-promotional activities in accordance to budget and conquest opportunities in order to develop market via USA dealer network
- As business visitor to inform Sales Managers and Territory representatives at dealer level
- Support to dealer ; presence at trade shows, product presentations, to participate at sales meetings at dealer level as business visitor, includes promotional orientation activities such as demos
- Capacity to introduce a superior product, built in Canada, within an established dealer network in USA and in Canada
- Actively participate into the marketing aspect of the function, in particular for the value added messages
- Capacity to inform (train), influence and make recommendation (product, special option, information system)
- To use available information from dashboard or from outside sources and to make decisions in order to recommend winning strategies
- Follow up and activity reports; feedback
REQUIREMENTS :
University graduate in business administration or marketing is consider an advantage;Minimum 5 to l0 years of sales experience within Canada and USA;Via a dealer network; or experience at dealer an advantageSchool Bus or Commercial Bus Product or with similarity such as truck, equipment or car business;Cycle Cost Analysis, cost of ownership, with capacity to prepare value added presentation at different level of authority;Excellent English; Communication, autonomy;Mandatory : Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point;Proactive, Professional and leader;Capacity to manage stress and priorities;Team Spirit;Available to travel to 70% of the time;
