Your Role

As a Project Manager – Healthcare , you’ll take charge of high-profile projects , ensuring they are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards . Working with architects, designers, engineers, and stakeholders , you’ll bring technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to every stage of the process.

Manage projects from inception to completion , ensuring flawless execution.

Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine project specifications.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations for seamless project delivery.

Apply your technical expertise in REVIT and AutoCAD to drive precision and efficiency.

Provide leadership to the project team, mentoring and guiding team members.

Drive the firm’s continued expansion and innovation in healthcare design.

What You Bring

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Technology .
• PMP, LEED AP (Strong assets).
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare architecture .
• 5+ years managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Strong technical design knowledge and consulting experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and project management expertise.
• High-energy, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills .
