Role :

We are looking for a highly organized and technical Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate, plan, and assist our Project Management department with successful on-site installation of our packaging systems. This entails direct communication with clients to coordinate on-site readiness of utilities, labor and materials as well as internal staff for labor availability and alignment of priorities. We do approximately 6-8 international installations per month.

Furthermore, as a member of our Accounts team you will learn lots about the packaging industry as well as directly contribute to the overall client experience and have career growth opportunities.

Outcomes of this role :

  • Euphoria of Completion : It’s a great feeling to plan and close events within a few weeks. It’s really cool to install a packaging system. You’d be actively contributing to the automation of production lines.

Other stuff we look for :

  • Minimum 3 years related work experience in an engineering, manufacturing or projects environment.
  • College degree required.
  • Native PC skills. ERP (Syspro), CRM (Zoho) or Collaboration (Wrike) software’s an asset.
  • Flexible personality able to manage a very dynamic schedule with rapidly changing priorities.
