Recruitment Consultant, Accounting & Finance

We are searching for an internal recruiter to join our team in specializing in the permanent placement of Accounting & Finance professionals. Reporting to the Division Leader, the ideal candidate will have broad CPA experience, significant business acumen and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone that is dynamic, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone or do in-person meetings to connect with people regularly throughout the day.

This is a dynamic role with responsibility for initiating and managing client and candidate relationships. You will establish and expand your network, using creative techniques to source top talent for our clients. Only designated CPAs will be considered for this role and the personality and corporate culture fit of the candidate will be critical in the selection.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

Evaluate candidates through our screening process, considering qualifications and career objectives
Build strong, long-term relationships and manage a talent pool with an innate ability to identify and match candidate suitability to appropriate client opportunities
Deliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needs, negotiate salary, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment
Coordinate pre-employment steps, including reference checks and communication of details for new search engagements
Foster new and existing relationships with business contacts to gain industry knowledge and obtain placement opportunities
Deliver on weekly targets related to recruitment, coordination, marketing and business development
Gather clear role and opportunity information from clients, and properly define the search parameters (key responsibilities, deliverables, requirements, experience, reporting structure and compensation)
Provide timely progress updates on search engagements to the client and deliver interview feedback to candidates
Manage multiple search assignments in a timely and quality manner
