Location Address : Hybrid - Scarborough – 2 days / month (could increase)

Contract Duration : ASAP to Oct 31, 2025 – approx. 8 months with high Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE

Business group : Client Engineering - Development & Business Analysis - Retail Banking – working on retail teller applications used in branches

Project : NRT Initiative and Forms Free Teller System Applications – project to update cheques scanning processes used in branches- and pulled into other projects on a needs basis

Must Have Skills :

1) 5+ years’ experience as a Delivery Lead / Tech Navigator, in an Agile environment

2) 2+ years development experience with Java / Angular / Springboot

3) 3+ year experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence

4) Experience with Troubleshooting / Diagnosing Issues

5) 1+ year experience working with applications hosted on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Nice-To-Have Skills :

1) Experience from banking

2) Project management or scrum master experience

3) Experience in MSSQL DB

Best VS. Average Candidate :

The delivery lead will not be developing code but managing the project so has to ask the right technical questions, is leading the team, has strong soft skills to be able to communicate with senior stakeholders; requires minimal hand holding and can take initiative; has the development background to be able to understand the developers’ issues and resolve them but has that recent lead experience as will be critical in the role

Candidate Review & Selection

2 rounds – MS Teams Video Interviews – 1 hour

1st – with HM

2nd – technical panel interview - not expected to write code but will test technical knowledge
