About the Project Cross Fraser Partnership (CFP) is a Bouygues Construction Canada Inc., Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd., Pomerleau BC Inc. and Arcadis Canada Inc. general partnership that has been selected to collaboratively deliver a new, eight-lane immersed tube tunnel that will replace the existing George Massey Tunnel on Highway 99. The new tunnel will have three vehicle lanes and a dedicated transit lane in each direction, with a separated active transportation corridor for cyclists and pedestrians. Position Overview : This role will be responsible for the management and control of project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and available to all project stakeholders as required. The ideal candidate will maintain and distribute documents in accordance with company standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored, classified, and indexed for easy retrieval.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Distribute and communicate documentation to relevant project stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track the status of documents, ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of documentation.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes and systems.
- Prepare and maintain project document control reports and records.
- Ensure document confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in audits and reviews of document control processes and systems. Education and qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Right to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and document control software.
- Strong understanding of document control processes and standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Please note that salaries may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and geographical location.
