Job description

Drake International is seeking a dynamic Project Admin Coordinator to join our client's restoration team in Coquitlam, BC. As a Project Admin Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting project success by handling high volumes of administrative tasks while ensuring prompt and professional service to all customers and clients.  What We Offer :

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage a high volume of emails (400+ per day) while handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and documentation uploads into proprietary software.
  • Track projects from initiation to completion using critical action indicators.
  • Prepare job-specific reports and invoices for clients.
  • Stay one step ahead of the Project Manager to support project flow.
  • Prioritize workload in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong ability to manage high workloads while staying organized and detail oriented.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (mandatory).
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • High level of multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Restoration experience is an asset but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of estimates / breakdowns is considered an asset.
