Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction

Drake International has partnered with a well-established mid-size Real Estate Developer / Builder. They have some amazing new developments planned for 2025, all projects within the Vancouver Area. They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who has managed multi-family projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

What You’ll Do :

Ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.

Managing multiple projects in different developmental stages.

Negotiating and ensuring accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.

What We’re Looking For :

At least 5+ years previous experience working in commercial and residential multifamily project management

Construction knowledge – overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts

Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
