KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD / CAM softwareSet up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and conducting test runsRead and understand technical blueprints and specifications.Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specificationsTooling setup, offsetting, and wear recognition / breakage detectionInspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet design specifications.Delivering finished parts / surfaces to other areas of the manufacturing plantPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines.Complete assignments and production sequences to meet production goals & schedules based on input.Conducts quality control by Inspection of materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctionsInterpret specifications, blueprints, job orders and company policies and proceduresAdhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as sanitation regulationsManage priorities as they change throughout a shiftAlways conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship.In accordance with company policy / ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company.All other duties as assigned.Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or trade school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1 year of CNC routing or machining operation experienceMinimum 1 year of programing machinery experienceMust be able to read M&G codeIntermediate level operation of all available CNC Routers in regards to CNC controls as well as operationAttention to detail, proficiency in math, and experience using Mastercam, MS OfficeStrong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentASSET :
