Purpose :
The Interim Assistant to the Dean provides efficient, professional, and confidential executive level support to the Dean and other senior leaders within SC-Office of the Dean.
The role supports the priorities of the Office and oversees and coordinates the workflow of administrative staff in the Associate Dean and Dean's Offices.

Education : University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required : Proficient with MS Office suite. including exceptional skills in Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills including demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage details.
Excellent oral and written communication time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong customer service orientation, proven ability to respond to client requests quickly and professionally. Works well independently and with others.
