We are looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join BrokerLink and work out of our Glenmore, AB or Toronto, ON office , on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails :

  • Develop, maintain and optimize sustainable predictive analytics models to improve our broker and customer experience.
  • Work autonomously on challenging, strategic projects in areas such as : customer profiling & segmentation, client retention & cross-sell, and more
  • Drive change by improving work processes and making substantive observations, conclusions and recommendations
  • Analyze large volume of data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities and find solutions to strategic challenges.

Share the conclusions and provide recommendations within the established timeline.

Support and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including front line managers, human resources, finance, and technology by advancing current analytics processes.

The Successful candidate will have :

  • If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply*
  • University Degree
  • Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, ACAS or FCAS preferred
  • 5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector)
  • Good knowledge with SAS, VBA, R or Python
  • Desirable competencies : adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, team oriented
