Overview :
Under the supervision of the head of the welding department, the Welder-Assembler is responsible for assembling and welding products according to computerized work instructions.
Processes Materials :
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Galvanized steel, aluminum, sheet metal, square and round tube of 3.2 mm or less all positions.
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Steel, sheet metal, square and round tubing of 3.2 mm or less all positions.
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) Galvanized steel, aluminum, and steel sheet metal, square tubing.
- Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) Steel.
Requirements :
- DEP in Welding-Assembly, or equivalent.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to lift parts weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Good manual dexterity.
