Aboutthe Job

As a Project Manager youwill be pivotal in overseeing the planning execution and deliveryof AI projects and software products.

You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams including software developers data scientistsproduct leaders and clients to ensure projects are delivered ontime and within scope and budget.

Your role will involvecoordinating resources managing timelines mitigating risks andensuring clear communication across allstakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadand manage AI software development projects from initiation toclosure.
• Manage software productdevelopments.
• Plan direct and coordinate scopeobjectives and project deliverables withstakeholders.
• Develop detailed levelofeffortestimates WBS project plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensurealignment and progress toward projectgoals.
• Monitor project performance trackprogress and manage changes to project scope schedule andcosts.
• Identify and mitigate potential risksand issues that could impact projectsuccess.
• Facilitate effective communicationbetween team members stakeholders andclients.
• Ensure project deliverables meetquality standards and clientexpectations.
• Prepare and present regularproject status minutes actions and reports to stakeholders andmanagement.
• Foster a collaborative andproductive team environment.
• Other duties asassigned.

• Bachelors degree or higher incomputer science Engineering Business or a relatedfield.
• 2 years of experience in projectmanagement preferably in software development or AIrelatedprojects.
• Ability to work cohesively andprofessionally within a teambased structure.
• Detailoriented selfstarter who can be trustedwith projectcritical tasks and paths.
• Experience working in software developmentlifecycles such as predictive iterative and incremental softwaredevelopment lifecycles.
• Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing complex projects with strict deadlines andmultiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communicationleadership and interpersonalskills.
• Proficiency in JIRA and other projectmanagement tools like Microsoft Project
• Abilityto work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Required to meet qualificationsto obtain a Canadian Government security clearance (typicallyrequires the candidate to be a Canadian citizen or permanentresident of Canada).
• PMP Scrum Master orsimilar certification is aplus

PreferredSkills :

• Experienceworking in an agile developmentenvironment.
• Familiarity with AI / ML tools andframeworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy andsecurity considerations in ITprojects.
• Experience with clientfacing rolesand managing clientrelationships.
