About the VTN
The Veterans Transition Network (VTN) is an award-winning Canadian charity that delivers group counselling programs for Veterans and RCMP members across Canada, helping them overcome trauma, improve family relationships, and transition from soldier to civilian.
VTN was incorporated in 2012, and over the past 10 years has expanded across Canada to establish a national footprint of operations staff, clinicians and program delivery. Today we offer our services to both men and women, in both official languages, from coast to coast, always free of charge.
