Join P tanque 101 a growing company revolutionizing the indoor sports and entertainment industry! We bring the classic game of p tanque into corporate settings offering unique teambuilding and engagement experiences. Our mobile customizable terrains create memorable events while fostering inclusivity and connection.

We re seeking two Sales & Events Marketing Interns to support our expansion efforts by helping acquire new clients (logos) and coordinating events with creativity and efficiency.

What You ll Do : Client Acquisition :

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in key markets.

  • Research and build a database of HR managers event planners and corporate social club organizers.
  • Contribute to crafting compelling outreach campaigns that highlight our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the team to tailor presentations and proposals for new business opportunities.

Event Coordination :

Support planning and execution of mobile indoor p tanque events for corporate clients.

  • Ensure seamless communication with clients to understand and meet their event objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics from terrain setups to game scheduling ensuring all details align with client expectations.
  • Be present onsite (where applicable) to assist with event setup execution and teardown.

    • Marketing Support :

    Create engaging content for social media and email campaigns to drive interest and awareness.

  • Track client acquisition metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.
  • Assist in designing branded collateral for events and outreach efforts.

  • Organized MultiTasker : Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive Learner : Willingness to learn adapt and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • DetailOriented : A sharp eye for ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in marketing event planning business or related fields (currently pursuing or recently graduated).
  • Experience in sales or client outreach is a plus.
  • Comfortable with digital tools like CRM systems project management software and design platforms (e.g. Canva).
  • Must be fluent in French ideally bilingual.
