So, if you're looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match Our expectations Reporting to the Department Manager, the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of transportation-related activities.

The chosen candidate's main role will be to support internal customers in monitoring results, as well as developing forecasts, budgets and action plans to optimize the transportation and supply network.

Your roleAct as a business partner to transport operations managers and the store finance teamAnalyze and interpret monthly financial resultsPrepare financial presentations and present them to operations managersPrepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts, ensuring validation of key assumptions with stakeholdersAnalyze and interpret financial results and KPIs on a weekly basis to maximize network productivitySupport the operational team in implementing and monitoring action plansProduce dashboards and reports required to measure the effectiveness of initiatives The qualifications we are looking for University degree in finance or accounting (CPA or CFA designation an asset)At least 5 years' experience in a financial analysis roleStrong analytical skills, results-orientedThoroughness and ability to synthesize informationExcellent ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing work environmentInitiative and autonomyStrong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skillsProficiency in MS Office applications, mainly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)Fluency in spoken and written French and EnglishOur Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
