We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / French) to join our team! This position will be a combination of working from home and working at the office.
To excel in this role, you must be able to prioritize multiple tasks while managing your time to process orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Process, prioritize and maintain all orders assigned to you.
- Provide order confirmation to customers and sales reps.
- Prepare pick tickets and packing slips for fulfillment team.
- Communicate and coordinate with logistics and fulfillment.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support sales representatives.
- Process customer invoices.
- Achieve target objectives set by management.
- Participate in weekly open order meetings.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be fluent in and French and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service other related fields
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
