Job description

We are a boutique investment counselling firm located in downtown Toronto, owned and managed by three partners who are committed to providing highly-personalized wealth management services to our growing roster of high net-worth individuals.

Position Summary and Key Accountabilities :

This is an administrative support opportunity for a candidate looking to pursue a career in wealth management. As a portfolio administrator, you will be responsible for :

  • Preparing client meeting documents
  • Filling out forms and applications
  • Generating reports
  • Updating internal systems
  • Basic accounting tasks in excel
  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Looking after office supplies
  • Preparing client meeting documents
  • Conducting investment research
  • Assisting portfolio managers and administration as needed

Qualifications :

  • Some experience in the financial services industry
  • Completion of post-secondary degree
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course is mandatory
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional organization and strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Interest in an investment related career
  • Remuneration :

    To be negotiated according to experience and commensurate with industry standards.
