Position Summary and Key Accountabilities :
This is an administrative support opportunity for a candidate looking to pursue a career in wealth management. As a portfolio administrator, you will be responsible for :
- Preparing client meeting documents
- Filling out forms and applications
- Generating reports
- Updating internal systems
- Basic accounting tasks in excel
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Looking after office supplies
- Preparing client meeting documents
- Conducting investment research
- Assisting portfolio managers and administration as needed
Qualifications :
Some experience in the financial services industryCompletion of post-secondary degreeCompletion of Canadian Securities Course is mandatoryExcellent data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExceptional organization and strong communication (written and verbal) skillsInterest in an investment related careerRemuneration :
