We prioritize maintaining high standards across all properties, and this role is key to achieving that goal. You will also be able to keep your own clients on the side.
Key Responsibilities : Provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties on an as-needed basis.Prepare vacant units for new tenants, ensuring they are clean and move-in ready.
Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and laundry rooms.(In some situations)Address urgent cleaning requests, including spill clean-ups or unexpected messes.
Safely use cleaning equipment and products to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Report any maintenance issues or property concerns to the management team.
Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the team when restocking is needed.Requirements : Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in property management or real estate.
Ability to work on short notice and adapt to a flexible, on-demand schedule.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Reliable transportation to travel between properties in Montreal (valid driver’s license preferred).
