Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of ICI and residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning & Management : Lead projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, setting objectives, and managing timelines for both ICI and residential projects.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control : Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and resource allocation.
  • Schedule Coordination : Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to meet key milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing ICI and residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices in Canada.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience working on diverse projects, including both large-scale ICI and residential developments.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
