Objective of Position
We are seeking a dynamic Dealer territory Manager to lead and grow our Dealer business in Northern and Central Alberta. Work with Director Sales and Marketing to create and execute an ongoing strategic plan and process to develop and manage your assigned territory driving growth and profitability. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in B2B account base. The Dealer territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key clients, and delivering revenue growth within the dealer network of the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking and a proven track record of driving sales growth through dealer channels.
Accountabilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the dealer channel
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts including at the National Head Office level.
Coordinate with company executives to determine the best sales strategies and market priorities.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
Directly and in-directly coaching a team of up to 8 Dealer Channel Representatives across Western Canada.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials for dealer channel.
Education :
A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a comparable level of industry experience will be taken into consideration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

Experience leading a high-performance B2B sales team.
Focus on new and existing customers to drive business and increase revenue.

Working Conditions
Operate with assigned accounts.
Lead and grow our Dealer business in Northern and Central Alberta. Cultivate and maintain long term relationship with our Dealer partners and prospective partners.
Assist leaders to manage and resolve employee relations challenges and provide support through Monitor and advise managers regarding performance issues and assist in setting and facilitating performance improvement process with employees as needed.
Accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting.
Meet or exceed budget volume and profitability of sales.
Cultivate relationships with home builders, contractors and architects throughout the territory to promote our company and pull business into our Dealers.
Intermittent travel is required to support the department, attend meetings and training sessions.
Utilize ERP (selling / quoting software) and manage customer relationships, contacts and activities using our CRM (Salesforce).
Due to nature of the work, requires a flexible schedule, occasional weekend work and last-minute notification to attend meetings depending on emergencies or business demands.
Lifting and / or carrying anywhere from 0llbs to 20llbs.
