We are looking for a compassionate and caring *Licensed Practical Nurse (Respite)* to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful long term care facilities, *Dania Care Home*.

- Saturday & Sunday 09 : 30-13 : 30
- Compensation : *Starting at *$33.65 per hour*
- Responsibilities*
- Performs assessments
- Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
- Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications*
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
- Cultural education and experience are preferred
