Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services and Major Losses, you will work as a personal injury adjuster while working from home.
What will your work week look like?
Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in motor vehicle claims.Provide timely customer service.Participate in the continuous improvement of your teams claims handling processes.Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for accident benefits claim (Section B) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.Participate in mediation in judicial cases and act as a representative.When needed, initiates recoveries in claims requiring it.Discover the Promutuel Insurance difference!
Do you have that profile?
Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claimsSection A)
Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New BrunswickNegotiation skills and good communicatorComfortable with Microsoft office suiteAdvanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, in order to assist and regularly serve our English and French speaking customers in the territory and / or our suppliers through complex interactions related to insurance or the Group's business sectors, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives.
