Job Summary
ThisCompany is seeking an experienced Transaction DevelopmentSpecialist to work as a senior transaction lead and advisor to theThirdParty Transaction Development Dept (TPT) within our NewBusiness Development Admin Area (NBD).

NBD is looking to appoint a highlyexperienced transaction specialist to lead the transactiondevelopment / procurement process through to financial close forBuild Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) Build Own Operate (BOO) and otherrelevant outsourcing models across all sectors including powerwater midstream assets pipelines real estate and servicesprojects.
The Specialist must demonstrate theability to work with and lead multidisciplinary teams in complexthirdparty transactions either as a client or as a bidder.
The rolewill also include supporting other departments in prefeasibilityand feasibility studies determining the viability of futurethirdparty projects.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead the review of affiliates corporate finance mattersincluding liquidity working capital dividends and capitalstructure.
- Evaluate and recommend ways tooptimize intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding ofstructuring and tax optimization opportunities.
- Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Divisionwithin the Group Treasury Management Department of ThisCompany.
- Lead and advise on Treasury mattersrelated to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned JointVentures and Public Entities.
- Possessexperience in valuation and financial modeling.
- Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financialinstruments.
- Understand intragroup lending andtax organization.
- Possess applicable teamskills and crossfunctional experience.
- Exposedto Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Demonstrateexcellent negotiation skills.
- Communicateeffectively with all levels of the organization including mentoringnew hires and presenting to the This Company ManagementCommittee.
Requirements :
- Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
- BachelorsDegree in Business Administration Economics Accounting Engineeringor its equivalent is required. Advanced professional competenceevidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuingprofessional education.
- 12 years relevantexperience in business development. A foremost expert in businessdevelopment will possess relevant industry expertise and will havesolid experience in project development BOOT / PPP / DBFO projectsproject finance transactions and joint ventures.
- Proficient in oral and written English. Some command ofArabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
